Jessica Jones is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a high level of competence in behavior analysis. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Jessica specializes in using individualized, evidence-based interventions to support meaningful progress for children and their families.

Jessica has demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed, assent-based ABA practices, ensuring that her clients always feel safe and respected. She is committed to providing high-quality, holistic care that supports the individual and empowers families as key partners in the therapeutic process. Guided by compassion and empathy, she upholds the highest ethical and professional standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.

In addition to her clinical expertise, Jessica has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring future and current behavior analysts, emphasizing collaboration, solution-focused feedback, and compassion. She is passionate about the mentorship and professional growth of those she leads to ensure that her colleagues provide quality care through continued support and education. Emily Sapp

Clinical Director

Emily Sapp is a seasoned psychologist and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with proficiency in mental health care and behavior analysis. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Western Carolina University and is pursuing a PhD in Infant and Early Childhood Development. Licensed as an LBA and LPA in North Carolina, Emily specializes in supporting children with autism. Her commitment to evidence-based practices enables her to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the families she serves.

Emily is a highly skilled professional specializing in crisis management, child development, and leadership within the behavioral health sector. With a strong commitment to making a meaningful impact, she strives to lead organizations in a manner that prioritizes ethical practices and fosters a holistic understanding of each child’s needs. Her approach emphasizes family-centric and compassionate care, ensuring that the well-being of the child is always at the forefront of service delivery.

In addition to her leadership capabilities, Emily is passionate about education and mentorship. She actively engages in teaching others about best practices in the field, highlighting the importance of ongoing professional development and a lifelong learning mindset. Through her dedication to these principles, Emily aims to empower her colleagues and enhance the overall quality of care provided to children and families.

Jamie Bassos

Director of Clinical Operations

Jamie Leigh Bassos is an executive in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with over a decade of experience leading and growing behavioral health organizations. As a visionary leader, Jamie has a proven track record of building a successful ABA practice from the ground up, fostering a culture of resilience, and ensuring that operational excellence aligns with top-tier patient outcomes.

Jamie’s expertise spans across P&L management, facility operations, employee relations, and organizational growth, with a specific focus on the ABA industry. She has successfully managed and expanded a multi-site ABA practice, leading teams of clinicians, and ensuring consistent, high-quality care across all locations. Jamie’s innovative approach to leadership has driven significant growth, including the development of a leadership training program that emphasizes courage, vulnerability, and resilience—qualities that are essential in the fast-paced world of behavioral health.

Jamie holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The George Washington University. She is a Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and will be certified as an executive coach through ICF in October 2024.

In addition to her professional achievements, Jamie is a published author with works focusing on social skills for children with autism and promoting a growth mindset in young girls.
