ABA Therapy in NC

ABA therapy across North Carolina

BrightBridge ABA is a North Carolina-headquartered ABA therapy provider serving families across the Triad, Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Fayetteville, and Wilmington. Our flagship clinic in Clemmons anchors Triad services, and in-home programs extend our reach throughout the state.

Every program is designed and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who holds an active North Carolina LBA license. We’re in-network with every major NC Medicaid managed care plan, meaning most families pay little to nothing out of pocket for ABA therapy. Our intake team handles insurance verification, prior authorization, and paperwork — so you can focus on your child.

We’re a family-owned, family-first practice. Our founder is the parent of a special-needs child himself, and that perspective shapes everything we do: compassionate care, ethical therapy, open communication with parents, and a refusal to treat kids like case numbers.

We accept most major insurances,
including Medicaid.

We serve clients ages 2 and up across North Carolina — young children, school-age kids, adolescents, and adults. Early intervention (ages 2–5) tends to see the strongest outcomes, but school-age, adolescent, and adult programs are equally important parts of our practice.

Yes — insurance and Medicaid in North Carolina require a formal autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosis from a qualified provider before ABA therapy is funded. If you don't have a diagnosis yet, we can point you toward diagnostic providers and developmental pediatricians in your area.

Yes. In-home ABA is one of our primary service modes. We serve families across the Triad, Charlotte (plus adjacent Cabarrus, Union, and Gaston counties), Raleigh-Durham, Fayetteville, and Wilmington metros and are actively expanding coverage. If your town isn't listed on our site, reach out — we'll tell you honestly whether we can staff your area.

A BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) holds a master's degree and designs and supervises therapy. A BCaBA holds a bachelor's-level certification and works under BCBA supervision. In NC, behavior analysts must also hold an LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) credential from the NCBALB. An RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) is the direct-care provider who delivers sessions under BCBA supervision.
