Jamie Leigh Bassos is an executive in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with over a decade of experience leading and growing behavioral health organizations. As a visionary leader, Jamie has a proven track record of building a successful ABA practice from the ground up, fostering a culture of resilience, and ensuring that operational excellence aligns with top-tier patient outcomes.
Jamie's expertise spans across P&L management, facility operations, employee relations, and organizational growth, with a specific focus on the ABA industry. She has successfully managed and expanded a multi-site ABA practice, leading teams of clinicians, and ensuring consistent, high-quality care across all locations. Jamie's innovative approach to leadership has driven significant growth, including the development of a leadership training program that emphasizes courage, vulnerability, and resilience — qualities that are essential in the fast-paced world of behavioral health.
Jamie holds a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The George Washington University. She is a Licensed Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and is certified as an executive coach through ICF.
In addition to her professional achievements, Jamie is a published author with works focusing on social skills for children with autism and promoting a growth mindset in young girls. Her commitment to the ABA community is reflected in her active membership in professional organizations such as the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), Florida Association for Behavior Analysis (FABA), and the Association for Professional Behavior Analysis (APBA).

Jessica Jones

Jessica Jones is a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with a high level of competence in behavior analysis. She holds a Master of Science in Psychology from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Jessica specializes in using individualized, evidence-based interventions to support meaningful progress for children and their families.
Jessica has demonstrated expertise in trauma-informed, assent-based ABA practices, ensuring that her clients always feel safe and respected. She is committed to providing high-quality, holistic care that supports the individual and empowers families as key partners in the therapeutic process. Guided by compassion and empathy, she upholds the highest ethical and professional standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Jessica has played a pivotal role in training and mentoring future and current behavior analysts, emphasizing collaboration, solution-focused feedback, and compassion. She is passionate about the mentorship and professional growth of those she leads to ensure that her colleagues provide quality care through continued support and education. Her commitment to the ABA community is reflected in her active membership in professional organizations including NCABA and ABAI.
Outside of her professional achievements, Jessica is devoted to her family. She is married with three children and enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling in her spare time, all of which provide balance and inspiration for her work in behavioral health.
