Clinic-Based ABA Therapy
Some children learn best in a structured space built for therapy, with other children nearby to practice with. We offer clinic-based ABA at two BrightBridge clinics in North Carolina and at two partner sites.
Why families choose clinic-based ABA
A clinic gives your child a consistent, structured place to learn, with materials and space set up for therapy. Children can practice skills that are hard to work on at home: waiting their turn, joining group activities, playing with peers, and following routines like the ones at preschool or school.
How clinic sessions work
Clinic care follows the same steps as every BrightBridge program. A BCBA completes the ABA assessment and writes your child’s treatment plan. A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works one-on-one with your child at the clinic, and the BCBA supervises sessions, reviews data, and updates goals.
Parents stay involved
Caregiver training is part of every program, including clinic care. Your BCBA meets with you to share progress and show you how to practice new skills at home.
Prefer sessions at home?
If no clinic site is near you, or your child’s goals center on home routines, in-home ABA therapy brings sessions to you.

Clinic-Based ABA Therapy FAQs
Each site has its own ages and schedules. Our Hope Mills clinic serves children ages 2 to 8, Drop N Play in Greensboro serves all ages, and Every Kidz Corner in Las Cruces serves children ages 2 to 7. During intake we also ask about your child's needs to make sure the clinic setting is a safe, good fit.
Neither is better for every child. A clinic offers structure and chances to practice social skills with peers. Home is where daily routines happen. Your child's BCBA recommends the setting, or a mix of both, based on your child's goals.
In many cases, yes. Some children attend the clinic and also have sessions at home so new skills carry over into family routines. Ask our intake team what is available near you.
